Definitely one of the more fun Lego games. Very glitchy on the Switch though. Game gets hung up or stuck often. Crashes frequently and loses progress too :( but honestly, even then highly recommend (y)The game is fun, but the loading times are abysmal. When you are running around doing side missions in the over world it’s okay, but when you are actually trying to work your way through the story missions, the load times are ridiculous. There is no way to restart the level if you miss a collectible, so you have to exit the level, re-enter the level and skip through the cut scenes. That adds about two minutes of wait time everytime you miss something and have to go back into a Freeplay level.Bought for my kids and at 30 I liked playing!GreatIts a very cute game for kidsIt's perfectit is a giftThis is my sons favorite Video game - next to Mario Kart 8. We play it for hours. There are some scenarios that I must admit, we got stuck on -until I looked them up online to figure out how to get out of the room. Sometimes there would be glitches and it would just frustrate my 6 year old to death. It is just fun to switch from superhero to superhero -learn what each can do and figure out what each power can add to the equation. We just love this game!Game arrived in what i thought was spanish packaging. As this was a gift unsure if it would work in English & unable to check before sending to our grandson. Emailed company who replied the next day to say it was multi language.I am told once it was opened the first question was what language - thereafter game was fine.Just a bit disconcerting, especially as bought as a gift!The case is not as shown in the order......English title. This has disappointed & upset my Autistic son as he thinks it's not the correct one. This simple thing can be a major issue for a child with ASD. It has taken me 30mins to try and explain he can still play it.The game itself is not actually that bad, in fact it’s pretty fun. However the performance is pretty poor. Not only does it take ages to load (greater than 2 minutes for the initial load into the city) but it also crashes...A LOT. Sometimes just at the end of the lengthy loading screen, which is very, very annoying. Bought this to play with my 4yo, but will be returning as it’s just not good enough and not the quality I would expect from brands such as Lego, Pixar and Disney.Reviewing this for the Nintendo Switch.For a Nintendo switch game the map sizes are pretty incredible, it’s no match to Super Mario Odyssey but it is great to see the map sizes, a lot of characters and how many missions can be crammed in to one game.Ok so now we got the positives out the way here’s the big negative. It crashes... like... a hell of a lot!This has ruined the gaming experience for myself a few times unfortunately. The unexpected errors are, as you expected, random so it’s impossible to tell why the game crashes but it happens too often.The box is not in English, despite the picture showing different. It does work but advertise your product truthfully and let the people decide if they want to buy it. It was for a gift for my nephew and I didn’t like giving him something I wasn’t sure would work.
