I am pretty satisfied with this purchase. I was excited and had fun using my creativity. It was relaxing to me, but can be tedious for those who are impatient. However, it gets easier! I would love to have more tasks to complete through the computer so I can both complete tasks and remodel properties. Other than that, this game was entertaining and challenges your creativity!The game was ok I thought it would have better graphics for its a design gameShe loved it and went crazy over it after Christmas! If she's happy, I'm happy.I absolutely loved this game on the computer. I love it on the Nintendo switch as well but there is a glitch in the game once you need to cover the walls with plaster. Even with plaster on the walls, the walls look horrible. Even when you know down the walls and rebuild them the wall still looks bad. I wish they could fix the glitch.Pretty funGot this for my son and I loved the game. Decided to buy one for myself and quickly realized that this disk is different from the one I bought. The one I bought allows add ons. This one does not. Big disappointment.?Hard to play and get right.OMG! I have to say, that I absolutely love this game!? its really varied in the tasks, yet so very addictive!I'd never heard of this game until I discovered it here on Amazon. I read the description, saw the screen pics, & read the reviews, & this game looked overall really good. This appealed to me as its quite creative, as well as being a motivated game too. Basically, the process is that you start off completing a few jobs that come in, which earn you money whilst also getting you used to the varied tools & skills, and getting you used to the controls. Then, you can buy your own house, which needs to be cleaned up, decorated, appliances fitted (radiators, sinks etc), then you sell the house, hopefully for profit, & then you can buy another house/a bigger house to do up, & so on. There are lots of houses to choose from! I only received this game yesterday, & ive got hours of play, & thats me just starting out, - I've completed some jobs but am still working on doing up my house! If you are creative, like to work on your own projects, & enjoy a challenge, then this game I would highly recommend. It does say age 3+ , but to be honest, I think this is for older children, teens & adults. I also read a review on here saying that the game is in French, -?!! - please let me assure you that its deffo not in french! All language is in English.As I've already stated, I really love this game, - it provides HOURS of addictive gameplay! DEFFO worth the £!I hope you find this review to be helpful ?, xxThis game on Switch is nothing but a cash grab why you ask because this game was made by a different developer from the other console version who may I add have received loads of DLC and patches. This version nothing and it won't receive nothing because when asked about it on their twitter account they basically answered NO!. My girlfriend plays this game and as soon as I saw it I was amazed that it even made the Switch, it looks like a PS2 game, the graphics are that poor it's an under statement.I've seen come across loads of bugs that haven't been patched at all the game hasn't received any DLC that the PS & XBOX versions have it's like FIFA Legacy editions on switch it says its 22 but it's really FIFA 19 avoid this gameThis game is an organisational game where you complete DIY tasks. However I have found it to be buggy and have had to restart the console to fix them several times, which can be annoying.The only other gripe I have is that you don’t start by flipping houses, but cleaning or decorating them until you have built up a portfolio. This was fun for me, but could be annoying to those of you who want to get into house flipping right awayI've played this game on my laptop and thought my son would enjoy it on his switch. It's disappointing to see though that the developer has not expanded the switch version in the way they have on Steam. It is very limited in comparison, sadly. If they expand it I'll come back and change my review because it's otherwise a fun game.Excellent game a must buy and I would love to see House Flipper 2 where you have to deal with termites, rat infestations , mice and houses on fire .New features buy pets such as dogs , cats , rabbits , horses and pet , garage and garden accessories .Buy houses on Mars and PlutoNew timed and limited budget missionsMillionaires mansion complete with pool , jacuzzi and Limo pre order bonus.Take in Lodgers and charge your own rentAvoid your properties being bulldozed.
